KABUL: Counter Narcotics Police (CNP) have arrested 10 drug vendors in different crackdowns carried out in Kabul, the capital city.

CNP cell of Kabul conducted eight operations in different area of Kabul city and arrested 10 drug retailers, Kabul Police said in a statement.

The drug vendors were arrested in 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 11th and 17th PDs of Kabul.

Similarly, CNP managed to arrest five drug dealers during operations in northern Faryab province. The indicts were arrested in 1st and 5th PDs of Maimana city, the provincial capital.

Some amount of different narcotics also discovered and seized from the detained drug runners, the statement added.
