AT-KABUL: At least four people were killed when their car, they were traveling in, collided head-on with a 22-wheeler truck on Nangarhar-Turkham Highway, local officials said.
The incident took place on Wednesday morning when the car driver lost control and crushed his car with the truck bound to Nangarhar from Turkham. According to the provincial government the accident took place in Rodaat district of Nangarhar at 9:30 am.
A woman was among the killed persons. The corolla car and its four occupants were completely burnt after the crash.
