KABUL – Afghanistan has officially launched a comprehensive five-year development strategy aimed at reinforcing governance, driving economic growth, and enhancing public services across the country. The announcement was made during a ceremony led by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, with participation from cabinet members in Kabul.
According to a statement from the Deputy Prime Minister’s office, the strategy is designed to align with Islamic principles, scientific standards, and Afghanistan’s current needs. Baradar emphasized the importance of integrating ministry programs and projects with the plan to ensure effective coordination and optimal resource allocation.
