Gunmen kill doctor in Baghlan

AT-KABUL: Unknown gunmen murdered a doctor in Doshi district of Baghlan province, sources said.

According to the district chief, Shamsuddin Sarhadi, the doctor was chief of a basic health unit in Kaihan Valley. The doctor was killed at his home, however, the motives behind the killing yet to be ascertained. The killers succeeded in fleeing the crime scene.

Police has launched probe into the incident and said the culprits would be arrested soon.
