Kabul: The former president of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, had a telephone conversation with Mr. Zamir Kabulov, the special representative of the president of Russia for Afghanistan.
In these talks, the former president strongly condemned the terrorist attack at the Russian Embassy in Kabul and expressed his grief over the killing of two Russian diplomats in this attack.
Hamid Karzai also insisted on strengthening and developing good relations between the two countries.
