Taliban’s shadow district chief nabbed in Nangarhar

AT-KABUL: The National Directorate of Security (NDS) on Saturday said that it has arrested Taliban’s shadow district chief with three other terrorists in eastern Nangarhar province.

In a statement issued here, the NDS said that the operatives succeeded to arrest the militant group’s shadow district chief Ajmal.

The detained terrorists were involved in different terrorist activities in the province.

The spy agency also discovered and confiscated 13 AK47 assault rifles, 28 pistols, nine landmines and explosive material in Nangarhar.
