KBAUL: A top commander of Daesh terrorist group along with his four fighters were killed after drone pummeled them in eastern Nangarhar province, provincial official said Wednesday.
“Air strike targeted Abdul Khil area of Achin district on Tuesday night as a result the terrorist group’s key commander Mawlawi Sulaiman along with his four comrades were killed,” Nangarhar’s Press Office said in a statement.
Some weapons and ammunition of Daesh terrorists were also destroyed in the drone strike.
No security forces or civilians have been harmed during operation, the statement concluded.
