KABUL: The police have arrested three robbers and busted their gang that was mainly targeting drivers and snatching their cars, during an operation carried out in Shakar Dara district of Kabul, the capital city on Sunday.

Kabul Police in a statement identified detained robbers as Fahim, Noorajan and Emran, who were involved in vehicle stealing in Shakar Dara district.

According to the statement, the gang was under chase of police that eventually arrested during an operation in Qala-e-Dasht area of the district on Saturday night.

Police also sized a vehicle from arrested robbers.
