KABUL – Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, met with Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan’s caretaker government, during his visit to Qatar.
